5 Ways to Upgrade Your Home Decor
With a new season often comes the desire to make some upgrades to not only your wardrobe but also your home. Sometimes it can be a little challenging to figure out what to tweak to enhance your environment so here are five ways to upgrade your home decor.
Let’s start with the floors! Whether you have hardwood or carpeted flooring, a good area rug can provide a nice contrast and complement to your layout. For a solid splash of color, AR Rugs has some amazing neutral shades at very affordable prices. If you’re looking for patterns lots of options are available with Addison and Bashian Rugs has some very cool pieces to choose from.
Now for your couch, adding some new throw pillows can definitely spruce things up. This set from LR Home is beautiful; it combines different textures for a great accent. For color, Versace has a wide range of options and Trendy Pillows has really cute color-blocking pillows to add some vibrancy year-round.
Of course, candles have a way of enhancing the vibes and filling the room with fragrance. These days, the candle jars are made so intricately that they can also add to the aesthetic. Loewe has a lovely minimalist design for their candle jars that would complement pretty much any space. Now for a statement piece, this candle by Versace is quite grand.
If you love to stay wrapped up during all four seasons, you know how important blankets are for function and decor. Shall we start with cashmere? Burberry has an orange multi-colored printed cashmere blanket that looks very soft and gorgeous. Another great option is from Dolce & Gabbana in a brown monogram print. If a cotton blanket is what you’re looking for, both brands have that option as well.
Now for the plant parents out there, you can always switch out your planters as well! Let’s start with this trio from Transpac with gorgeous blue complementary prints. It would bring some brightness to any corner. For another patterned option, Sagebrook Home has a tribal planter that’s currently on sale and would be perfect for a boho aesthetic.
