For the latest launch of our new tea collection, we sought to take the everyday and make it utterly remarkable.

Bringing together globally-sourced ingredient excellence, world-class artisan practices and masterful blending for a sensory experience unlike any other, these are teas but not quite as you know them.

Presented across three collections – Classics, Infusions and Speciality – for this line we set out on a journey to produce the most specialist blends. Using the world’s very finest ingredients, we can now bring you the most elevated experience you could find or even imagine. The humble cup, indeed, but made almost impossibly special. From there, the journey of taste began.

We wanted to create something that didn’t just stand up to its iconic status, but went one step further. Working with master specialists, the very finest producers scoured from around the globe, and ingredients of the very highest provenance and quality, every component on this journey was hand-chosen.

CLASSICS

Home to iconic favourites, within the Classics you’ll find the blends we all know and love. These include a traditional Breakfast and Afternoon blend, rich but perfectly balanced, malty and of only second flush Assam, Ceylon and Darjeeling plucked from the foothills of the Himalayas. Plus, an Earl Grey of Keemun tea from the Anhui province lifted with cornflower, safflower and Sicilian Bergamot for an exquisitely balanced floral-citrus experience.

SPECIALITY

Then to the Speciality blends. From a pure jasmine whose fragrant whole pearls are plucked only at dusk when the flowers open, to a Rose Pouchong Oolong scented by an abundance of hand-selected pure rose petals – these are the expected made extraordinary.

Alongside an organic AAA Grade Matcha – the purest and highest classification available – made using only select leaves from each tree and harvested just once per year by hand, discover the White Tea and Mango, which brings together Fujianese white tea from the Bai Hao cultivar with sunflower petals and potent, tropical mango. Enjoyed hot or cool, this is a blend made for elevating afternoons.

INFUSIONS

Then lastly, but by no means least, to the Infusions collection, where things get really special. Once again, bringing together firm favourites, but in a new way that defies expectation, for these we worked with Organic Herb Trading to create specialist blends unlike anything our expert team of buyers and consultants had seen before.

An utterly green blend comes in the form of Wild Forage – which injects Vietnamese Pin Ho jade green tea with citric and subtly minty pine needle, delicate nettle leaf and tangy, resinous, vitamin C-rich juniper berry, made naturally sweet with just a touch of liquorice. Cleansing both in taste and properties, this stunning green tea can and should be enjoyed as a refreshing cold brew.

The collection’s answer to a rich berry tea is the Goji, Schizandra and Elderberry. Produced using ethically- and sustainably-sourced African baobab, wild harvested by positive impact rural communities, this blend introduces a sweet, citrusy flavour with a heady Buchu base rich in deep blackcurrant taste, all offset by rosehip and orange peel for a delicate and aromatic finish.

Other headline ingredients across the infusions line include marigold petals, honeybush flower, lemon myrtle and pure chamomile flowers, which we must encourage you to discover for yourself, as they simply must be experienced to be believed.
