Originally a fashion photographer, Monica Botkier unexpectedly fell into designing when she sketched her dream handbag and had it produced, just for kicks. But when the one-off piece—now known as the Botkier Trigger Bag—began garnering attention from friends, colleagues, and even strangers on the street, she knew it was worth making more.
