The duo have created the Slow coffee set to allow the passage of time to become something enjoyable in and of itself. In the designer's first collaboration with Alessi, we see Keiji Takeuchi - a Japanese product designer raised in New Zealand and with his own label established in Milan - enrich daily experiences, with the Slow coffee set encouraging the transformation of daily coffee making into a special brewing routine, the percolation of the ground coffee preserving the sensory and organoleptic qualities of coffee.
