This product is made of cactus leather, a vegan, plant-based material made from the Nopal, aka prickly pear cactus. Selected certifications include USDA certification for biobased materials and PETA certification for cruelty-free product, among others. Start with a damp cloth to gently rub away any spots, and wipe off any surface dirt and scuff marks. Then use a clean, soft cloth to apply a layer of colorless beeswax or coconut wax to moisturize the surface. Let the bag rest for 30 minutes in well-ventilated area and avoid direct heat. For any fresh stain, we recommend use a soft cloth, damped with clean water then wrung well, to gently wipe off the stain.
