When Jean Touitou first founded his brand, it wasn't yet called A. P. C. - his commitment to minimalist design was such that the first seasons were merely tagged with Hiver 88, or 'Winter 1988'. In this logo jacket, the brand utilises its eventual name (standing for the brand's joint position as a production and creation workshop), marked with the Rue Madame locale of the brand's historic headquarters.
