If you want direct shipping, please do not buy my items. Real Vintage collector item, Dior honeycomb shoulder bag. This might be the only one left of this model in pristine condition. You can find lots of other honeycomb models for sale but I have never seen another one like this. Honeycomb coated canvas was used by Dior in 1980’s and 1990’s. The bag is made in France. Very easy to use. Can be used totally closed by securing the flap and sangles to the turn lock. Or you can stuck the flap inside and keep sangles open (compare to birkin or kelly). The handles have good lenght for shoulder use, drop 25cm. Size 27*26*10cm. Good size for daily use. One zipper pocket inside. Clean inside and outside. The bag is in pristine vintage condition. The gold plating has some fading. There is one faint pen mark on right side of the bag near sangle’s metal part. There are a few small cracks on the handle (look photo) and some faint use marks (not wear). I took the bag to cobbler and he said that it is not worth repairing. The crack was due to the leather beeing too dry and it is only in the top layer. It does not affect the use and might never crack totally. The leather was conditioned and it is now beautiful. The cracked handle is easy to renew if wanted. The handle is secured with screws and easy to separate from the bag. This bag was made to last. The leather edges have hand burnishing which you do not find in modern bags which have plastic edge coat. The coated canvas is thick and keeps shape. The shape is comfortable to wear on shoulder. Absolutely stunning and unique item!
