The Adrian loafer first rolled off our production line in the 80s — and quickly became favoured by mods and other subcultures looking to smarten up without losing their edge. This season we've reissued the classic loafer with a standout gold snaffle, alongside the fringed leather upper and toned-down welt stitching. The Adrian is our rugged take on the iconic tassel loafer. Born in the 1980 and championed by subcultures ever since. Polished Smooth is the original Dr. Martens leather: super durable, with a smooth finish polished to a high shine. Construction - Made with our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed at 700°C and reinforced with our signature welt stitch. Footbed - Slimmer and a more tapered shape.
