Pale shades of pink coalesce with grey tones in Patricia Urquiola's 'Square Plait Pink' rug, taken from GAN's 'Space Mangas' collection. In addition to the mixture of colours, two textures also combine — a thick, knitted fabric and a braided weave, both formed from voluminous wool threads. The result is a plush carpet that references the patterns used to upholster poufs in the same series, while a fuchsia border injects a pop of vibrant colour.
