What it does: The liquid highlighter can be worn on its own for a natural glow without coverage, or blended into Prime Skin Tinted Multi-Primer (sold separately) for added luminosity all over the face. It can also be added to your favorite body cream for a subtle, soft glow. How to use: Using the Base Brush (sold separately), mix one pump into your Prime Skin Tinted Multi-Primer (sold separately) and apply all over the face, blending in circular motion.
