Vintage military uniform black wool & burgundy roll collar coat A vintage military jacket for the Royal Army Medical Corps.  Made around 1950s.  Ideal for re-enactment, or just a great jacket to wear any time for a Carnaby Street vintage style.   In black wool with a burgundy red felt roll collar.  Has sergeant stripe on one sleeve.  Lined with red quilted satin lining.  Labelled Ambassador.  This is a mess uniform jacket worn for formal dinner in the Officer's Mess.  It has two lapel badges for the RAMC. These were not made to fasten closed as would be worn with a mess uniform waistcoat ( not included)
