Brimming with personality, this serving platter is made using a stylised version of the Japanese marbling technique of Nerikomi, which involves hand-building with coloured earthenware clay. Finished with a transparent high-gloss glaze to reveal the unique pattern of green and white clay beneath, each platter is a statement piece in its own right ' use yours to serve a host of culinary delights at your next alfresco feast.
