Three-In-One Hybrid Parka/trench/hooded Gilet From One Of The Meiers’ First Jil Sander Collections. The First Three Photos Depict The Three Ways The Garment Can Be Worn. The Next Photo Shows How The Garment Was Modeled For This Collection (As A Trench Coat, Basically). The Outer Layer Is Made Of A Smooth, Light- To Medium-Weight Cotton That Feels As Though It Might Have Been Treated For Water Resistance. Silver-Tone Buttons At The Opening And Cuffs, Which Are Adjustable. Adjustable Waist And Hem By Fasteners On The Inside Of The Garment. Subtle Fishtail Hem. Point Collar. Concealed Placket. Dropped Shoulders And Raglan Sleeves. The Underside Of The Collar And Inside Of The Pockets Are Lined In Cream Wool. The Inner Layer Fastens To The Outer Layer By Four Buttons On Each Side. It Is Wholly Lined In Cream Wool. Hooded And With The Collar Zipped Up, You Can Create A Warm Cocoon—If You Nuzzle Your Chin Into The Raised Collar, It Shields The Lower Half Of The Face From The Elements. Silver-Tone Hardware. Tagged It48 But Way Oversized. I’M An It50, And This Is Oversized On Me. Would Be Fine For Anyone Between It48 And It52. See Measurement Pic. Made In Italy. Comes With Spare Buttons. Nwt But A Second. Note The Following Issues: -Tiny Tear (Just Over Half An Inch In Length) On The Back Near The Hips On The Left Side. Only The Outer Layer Of The Fabric Was Snagged; There’S No Damage To Fabric Inside The Garment. The Damage Has Been Repaired Well And Will Not Affect Wear. -There Are Several Faint Marks On The Outer Layer, Most Noticeably On The Right Sleeve. A Dry Clean Should Remove These Stains, I Would Think. Both Sets Of Issues Are Very Minor And Are Depicted In The Last Photos. I Had To Look Very Closely To Notice These Issues, Including The Tear.
