How to use: Start with dry skin (ideally before you shower or take a bath). Brush your skin with long clockwise strokes or smaller upward strokes, working towards your heart. Don't forget the backs of your legs or your bum. Pressure should be gentle but firm. Harsh exfoliation is not the goal. Shower and dry off.
