Hold lip liner sideways and draw a soft line at the top of the Cupid's bow and at the center of the lower lip line. 2. Using soft strokes, start from the Cupid's bow and draw a soft line to the corner of the lip. Repeat on the other side. 3. Draw the lower lip line the same way—starting from the center and drawing a line to the corner. Repeat on the other side. 4. Fill in the entire lip area with the pencil, shading from the outer edge in with the side of the pencil. This prolongs lip color when it is applied and prevents it from bleeding and feathering.Pro Tips: To create more fullness, begin in the outer corner to the top lip and draw a soft line that connects the outer corner to the Cupid's bow.
