How to use: Use this versatile formula to precisely line, define and fill or smudge, smoke and blend.- Lashline: Apply along the upper lashline. Hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid. This makes it easy to see where the line is being placed. Apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes.- Tightline: Press softly on the eyelid and lift gently back into the eye crease. This will clearly reveal bottom of the lash line.
