Liberty's square velvet cushion is crafted in England from rich velvet with a plump duck feather filling, its kaleidoscopic Ianthe placement design printed by experts in Italy. The large square velvet cushion features Ianthe ' arguably Liberty's most iconic Art Nouveau design, Ianthe was originally created as a wallpaper layout by French artist R. Beauclair around 1902. It first appeared as a Liberty print in 1967, a jewel of the '60s Nouveau revival.
