Place the candle on a stable surface, away from heat and drafts, to ensure even melting. WHILE THE CANDLE IS LIT Let the candle burn until the surface wax has completely melted (about 2 hours). This will prevent the wax from tunneling down around the wick. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it out of reach of children and pets and away from curtains and other flammable materials. Never move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is still liquid. Avoid placing a burning candle in a drafty area or in direct contact with heat-sensitive surfaces. EXTINGUISHING AND STORING YOUR CANDLE You can blow out the candle gently or use a snuffer. Don't move the candle until the wax has hardened again. To prepare the candle for its next use, use tweezers to dip the wick into the wax, then straighten it back out. If needed, re-center the wick while the wax is still melted. Store your candle in a cool, dark place. We recommend keeping it in a closet to delicately scent your linen.
