Short  Fringe Coat Jacket Kimono  Burnout Velvet  Maya Matazaro  USA Made Rayon blend burnout velvet fringe jacket kimono   Tye Dye Teal Multi color combination.  Inspired by the French 20's the jacket is cut in kimono style  with hand knotted fringe down the front and around the hems.
