How to use: Apply Max Hold Brow gel (sold separately) to comb through brows for desired shape. Wait for iit to set before filling in the brow. Holding the pen at an angle, fill in any sparse areas of the brow by flicking the brow pen upward to create hair-like strokes. Less is more. No need to fill in the entire brow, just the areas that appear to be missing hair. The softer the stroke, the lighter the shade applied. Apply more pressure to the pen to deepen the tone of the hair stroke. To create a bushy and voluminous brow, bring the hair strokes outside the natural shape of the brow using different pressure on each flick to give the illusion of dimension and depth.
