‘Corner Kick’ is a unique silk pocket square inspired by every fan’s excitement at the winning goal. It has been created in collaboration with contemporary artist Julia Tanner. For the original acrylic on canvas work used for the design, Julia poured, dripped & splattered fluid paint to capture the movement and chaos as the ball is headed on towards goal. Printed in Macclesfield England, the artwork is reproduced with a good balance of colour between the printed and reverse sides of the silk pocket square to work with any fold. The image is framed by the pocket square’s twin borders of blue and white along with the burgundy hand-rolled & hand-sewn hem. It is a full-size pocket square (42 x 42cm). 'Corner Kick' comes tissue-wrapped in a complimentary Otway & Orford gift box. High-quality 100% Mulberry silk is woven into 15oz silk twill to give the characteristic sheen and cool touch as well as to ensure that the pocket square sits nicely in the top pocket. Silk should always be dry cleaned. Avoid pressing the hand-sewn hem to preserve its distinctive 'shoestring' shape. Made in England.
