'Put Your Foot Down’ is a unique silk pocket square inspired by the film 'The Italian Job’. It is the result of a collaboration with pop artist Jonathan Aiken. Jonathan’s original work, created on two large steel sheets, has been used for the design and is inspired by the red, white and blue Mini Cooper getaway cars from the Swinging Sixties caper movie. Printed in Macclesfield, the artwork is reproduced with a good balance of colour between the printed & reverse sides of the silk pocket square to work with any pocket square fold. The image is framed by the pocket square’s off-white border as well as the red and blue hand-rolled & hand-sewn hem. It is a full-size pocket square (42 x 42cm). 'Put Your Foot Down' comes tissue-wrapped in a complimentary Otway & Orford gift box. High-quality 100% Mulberry silk is woven into 16oz silk twill to give the characteristic sheen and cool touch as well as to ensure that the pocket square sits nicely in the top pocket. Silk should always be dry cleaned. Avoid pressing the hand-sewn hem to preserve its distinctive 'shoestring' shape. Made in England.
