‘World Class Scrummage’ is a unique silk pocket square inspired by figurative movement in rugby, in particular the dynamism of the scrum. It has been created in collaboration with printmaker Paul Cleden. Paul’s original linocut used for the pocket square design was printed using oil-based inks and the work pits forwards against forwards in a clash of White vs Red. Printed in Macclesfield England, the artwork is reproduced with a good balance of colour between the printed & reverse sides of the silk pocket square to work with any pocket square fold. The image is framed by the pocket square’s white border and turquoise hand-rolled & hand-sewn hem. It is a full-size pocket square (42 x 42cm). 'World Class Scrummage' comes tissue-wrapped in a complimentary Otway & Orford branded gift box. High-quality 100% Mulberry silk is woven into 16oz silk twill to give the characteristic sheen and cool touch as well as to ensure that the pocket square sits nicely in the top pocket. Silk should always be dry cleaned. Avoid pressing the hand-sewn hem to preserve its distinctive 'shoestring' shape. Made in England.
