How to use: For a soft blush veil gently swipe or dot the balm onto the apples of the cheek and blend with fingers or brush. Blend and diffuse the balm for a sheer effect using either brush and/or the warmth of the fingertips. For rich color saturation swipe the balm directly onto the face and blend out the edges for bolder blush looks.
