Bias chiffon covered "tube" base with hand beaded fringe of hand made pate de verre beads, faux pearls and gilt filigree findings in Indian Moghul colorations. Likely worn with a strapless black gown in the period. Closes with hooks and eyes at 2 different sizes. 1950's France.
