Pre-owned S/s 2009 Blush Pink Ruched Drawstring Romper With Contrast Sash

From the S/S 2009 collection of Prada, this sleeveless romper is cut in a crinkled blush pink cloth and unites a gathered bodice with integrated shorts in a single piece. The neckline is a softly elasticated gather, centrally slit at the back and fastened with a small hook-and-eye closure. The bodice falls loosely from the shoulders and transitions at a dropped waistline into gathered shorts with an elasticated waistband. An ivory grosgrain-style ribbon drawstring threads through the front waistband and ties in a bow at centre-front. A long, narrow contrast sash in black fabric is attached at the front left shoulder seam and falls vertically the full length of the garment. Armholes are clean-cut and unbound. The overall silhouette is deliberately relaxed, with the crinkled surface finish consistent throughout.
