The tonic helps lightly exfoliate, clarify, hydrate, restore and soften skin. How to use: After cleansing, saturate a clean cotton pad with tonic and glide across skin on face and neck in gentle, upward strokes. Avoid the eye area. Allow tonic to remain on the skin. May be used as needed. Use daily, as needed.
