The Bar Amulet, is based on "kavacha" charm pendants that are worn to help protect the wearer against negative energies or bad luck. The word "kavacha" literally means shield or armour in Sanskrit, the ancient Indian language. The amulet features a star pattern in granulated silver, little silent bells hanging from the base and granulated (tiny balls of solid silver) top loop. This amulet comes with various chain styles - gold, silver, black or red waxed cotton cord. 22k Gold Plated (satin finish) & black cord, adjustable length 16" to 22", pendant - approx 25mm by 30mm inc hanging loops, handmade by fair trade artisans, 10% of all sales go to our partnered children's charities. Do not apply perfumes or creams while wearing your jewelry and remember to remove it before you shower. Gently rub the surface of your jewelry using the soft cloth we provide to help restore shine. You can also soak your jewelry for a few minutes in warm, slightly soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. To avoid scratches, tangling and tarnishing, store in the bag we provide. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
