This is a one of a kind silk/rayon velvet backed with silk twill, vintage black satin double sided ribbon and my exclusive Morphy design results in a dramatic look. It is reversible, can be worn with the ribbon ties at the shoulder for a longer body and smaller collar or with the ribbon ties under the arms for a short body and super dramatic collar. Use the ribbons to adjust the fit. The Grommets are off center so that it can be flipped upside down for a different effect.
