Seams are thus avoided, with the advantage of substantially increasing the seal of the down inside the chambers. The finished garment is padded by direct injection with the finest feathers, specifically treated to resist garment dyeing. The addition of a special PFC-free agent to the dye recipe gives the garment anti-drop characteristics. Stand-up collar edged in elasticated webbing.
