New York-based MF Doom is one of the most revered and enigmatic hip hop artists to originate during the 1990s. He was known for first performing with a stocking over his face, and later for his trademark metal mask. In the same era, the first Supreme store opened in Lower Manhattan, so it is no surprise that Supreme has teamed up with the MF Doom estate to release a capsule collection of pieces that express the deceased artist’s handstyle and other trademarks. The Supreme MF DOOM Beanie in Black is a knit beanie in a classic stretch knit scale and shape with a fold up cuff. White MF Doom branding is embroidered on the upper-left side and wraps around the head to the back. White embroidered Supreme branding adorns the center front of the cuff, visible when worn folded up. In our opinion, the best feature of the Supreme MF DOOM Beanie in Black is the homage it pays to two New York City legends: Supreme and MF Doom.
