Please watch any dripping from the sheet as it contains high amounts of lotion.Pull the upper wing up to the temple, while using the other hand to help it fit tightly along the cheek. Likewise take the lower wing, fit it tightly along the jawline, pulling up to the temple. It can overlap the upper wing.Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
