This beautiful deep green squash weighs about 2 pounds, reaches 7" in diameter and can be stored for up to 5 months. French Pumpkin: Also known as " Cinderella," this pumpkin is beautiful in shape and color and an excellent culinary choice for pies or bread. Weighing about 25 pounds, this variety is deeply ridged and slightly flattened. How to use: Open bag and remove packets of soil and seed, leaving wood chips in bottom for drainage. Trim off top of bag just below ziplock. Pour moistened soil into the bag and level. Open seed packet and plant seeds, evenly spaced, 1/4-1/2" deep. Place a plastic bag loosely over the top of bag and set in a warm area (75-80°F) out of direct sunlight until seeds sprout. When seeds sprout (7-10 days), remove plastic bag and place in a brightly lit location. Do not let soil dry out. Water so soil is consistency of a damp sponge.
