Born out of a necessity to prevent sandals from floating downstream, a resourceful river guide strapped two hook-and-loop tape watchbands to a pair of old flip-flops; and so, Teva was born. Crafted from recycled polyester (using REPREVE® polyester yarn by Unifi® for the straps), the utilitarian-style Original Universal sandals are fitted with robust EVA rubber for the sole – ensuring comfort all day long.
