Grooved, chunky and bold, Tom Dixon's 'Press' series presents a collection of glass vessels notable for their heavyweight forms and simple functions. Crafted from the thickest industrially pressed glass, this stem vase was created by dropping molten glass heated to 1,200 degrees centigrade into two or three part iron moulds, to create a satisfyingly curvy shape.

Tom Dixon is the self-taught designer whose experimental and unique designs reflect his innovative approach to design and craft.
