The fabric has "Oeko Tex Standart 100" certification. Tencel is the fabric of choice for many - perfect for a sunny holidays, everyday wearing, and many other occasions! WHAT IS TENCEL FABRIC? Tencel is a brand name for a set of fibers called lyocell and modal. These fibers are known for feeling super soft and are widely used in a sustainable fashion. Tencel is soft and silky, with a lovely drape. Fabric made of Tencel lyocell also has excellent drape, doesn’t wrinkle easily, and holds dye well so it makes vibrant colors. TAKING CARE OF TENCEL Tencel should be washed in 30-40°C temperature. This fabric could be washed both by washing machine and hands. It is recommended to choose a mild, chemically non-aggressive detergent or a washable soap. When washing tencel clothes in the washing machine, it is worth not overloading it as this will allow the flax to move more freely and wrinkle less. To remove wrinkles from tencel fabrics, use a medium heat temperature (silk setting) on your iron with a pressing cloth to protect the fabric. However, steam from the iron is usually the best way to remove the creases on tencel. A clothes steamer can work well to relax wrinkling, as well.
