Drawn from a collaborative three-piece pack, the Supreme x Nate Lowman x Vans Skate Grosso Mid 'Cream' features the New York-based artist's signature bullet hole graphics throughout the white canvas upper, fortified with tonal suede overlays and accented with a black leather side stripe.
