The Panton chair is one of Vitra’s most beloved classics. Created by Verner Panton, the plastic chair is part of the designer’s experimentation with forms and colours. The original model was designed in 1960 and further developed for manufacture with Vitra in 1967 — a partnership that endures to this day. The recipient of numerous awards and accolades, the 'Panton' chair proudly sits in the permanent collections of a number of international museums.
