ModeSens Rewards Terms & Conditions

These ModeSens Rewards Terms & Conditions apply to the ModeSens rewards program and all reward-related activities, including earning points, redeeming points, ModeSens Credit, prize draws, gift cards, and any other rewards made available by ModeSens from time to time.

By participating in the ModeSens rewards program, you agree to these terms, along with the ModeSens Privacy Policy.

1. Program eligibility

   The ModeSens rewards program is available to eligible ModeSens users with a registered ModeSens account.

   ModeSens may limit, suspend, or terminate participation in the rewards program if we determine that an account has violated these terms, abused the program, engaged in fraudulent activity, or attempted to manipulate rewards, points, referrals, purchases, returns, or other qualifying actions.

   Rewards, points, and program benefits are intended for personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or used for commercial purposes unless expressly permitted by ModeSens.

2. Earning points

   Users may earn points by completing eligible actions as defined by ModeSens. Eligible actions may include, but are not limited to, purchases, engagement activities, referrals, or other actions made available within the rewards program.

   The number of points awarded, eligibility requirements, timing, and limits may vary by activity, campaign, user status, or reward type.

   Points may not appear immediately and may require additional processing or validation.

   ModeSens reserves the right to delay, adjust, cancel, or remove points if an action is incomplete, canceled, returned, refunded, reversed, invalid, or otherwise does not meet the program requirements.

3. Returns, cancellations, and point adjustments

   If a qualifying purchase or action is canceled, returned, refunded, reversed, or determined to be invalid, any related points may be removed from the user's account.

   Point adjustments may occur after ModeSens receives confirmation from the relevant partner, merchant, system, or internal review process.

   If points have already been used before the related activity is reversed, ModeSens may deduct the corresponding points, cancel a pending reward, reduce a future reward balance, or take other reasonable action to correct the account balance.

4. Redeeming points

   Eligible users may redeem points for available rewards through the ModeSens rewards program.

   Available rewards, redemption values, minimum point requirements, inventory, availability, and redemption rules may vary and are subject to change.

   Submitting a redemption request does not guarantee that a reward will be issued. Redemptions may be subject to review, verification, availability, and program rules.

   Once a redemption is submitted, it may not be canceled, changed, transferred, exchanged, or refunded unless expressly allowed by ModeSens.

5. ModeSens Credit

   ModeSens Credit may be offered as a reward or redemption option.

   ModeSens Credit can only be used in accordance with the rules shown at the time of redemption or issuance. ModeSens Credit may be subject to expiration dates, usage limits, minimum purchase requirements, eligible purchase types, or other restrictions.

   ModeSens Credit has no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside the eligible ModeSens experience unless otherwise stated

   • 5.1 Redeeming points for ModeSens Credit

     Users may redeem eligible ModeSens points for ModeSens Credit based on the available redemption options shown on the page. The required points amount may vary by credit value and will be displayed before redemption is confirmed.

   • 5.2 Credit usage

     ModeSens Credit can be used toward eligible Concierge orders on ModeSens. Credit cannot be applied to purchases completed directly on third-party retailer websites.

   • 5.3 Redemption finality

     Once a points redemption is confirmed, the redeemed points will be deducted from the user's account. Redemptions are final and cannot be canceled, reversed, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account, except where required by law.

   • 5.4 Account requirement

     Users must be signed in to a valid ModeSens account to redeem points and use ModeSens Credit. ModeSens Credit is tied to the account used for redemption and cannot be transferred.

   • 5.5 Expiration and availability

     ModeSens Credit does not expire. ModeSens may update, modify, or discontinue ModeSens Credit redemption options at any time.

   • 5.6 Returns, cancellations, and adjustments

     If an order using ModeSens Credit is returned, canceled, refunded, or adjusted, the refund will be added back to the customer's account as ModeSens Credit.

   • 5.7 Fraud or misuse

     ModeSens reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or reverse ModeSens Credit, points, or redemptions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, system error, violation of ModeSens policies, or other unauthorized activity.

6. Prize draws

   ModeSens may offer prize draws as part of the rewards program.

   Each prize draw may have its own official rules, including entry requirements, prize details, eligibility, entry period, winner selection process, notification timeline, and fulfillment details.

   By entering a prize draw, users agree to the official rules for that specific prize draw in addition to these overall rewards program terms.

   Entering a prize draw does not guarantee winning. Prize draw entries may be final and non-refundable once submitted, unless otherwise stated by ModeSens.

   ModeSens may cancel or disqualify entries that are incomplete, invalid, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violate the applicable rules.

7. Gift card rewards

   ModeSens may offer gift cards as a reward or redemption option.

   Gift card availability, brands, denominations, redemption requirements, regions, currencies, and delivery timelines may vary.

   Gift card redemptions may be subject to review and manual fulfillment. Once issued, gift cards are generally final and may not be canceled, returned, exchanged, refunded, or replaced unless required by law or expressly permitted by ModeSens.

   Gift cards are subject to the terms and policies of the issuing brand, retailer, or gift card provider. Retailer availability, regional restrictions, usage limits, expiration rules, and other conditions may apply. Users should review the applicable retailer or provider terms before redeeming.

   ModeSens is not responsible for changes made by third-party brands, retailers, or gift card providers, including changes to gift card availability, redemption rules, store acceptance, region support, or usage limitations.

   • 7.1 How to redeem

     Log in to your ModeSens account and redeem points for an eligible gift card on the Rewards page. Each gift card has a fixed point cost. Once redemption is confirmed, the required points will be deducted from your account. Gift card details will be delivered once fulfillment is completed.

   • 7.2 Eligibility

     Gift card redemption is available to eligible ModeSens members with sufficient points. Gift card availability is subject to change at any time.

   • 7.3 Gift card usage

     Gift cards are issued in USD and are intended for use in the United States only. Gift card use may also be subject to the issuing retailer's own terms, including country, region, currency, and usage restrictions.

   • 7.4 Gift card terms

     • Gift cards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

     • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for ModeSens Credit or other rewards.

     • Each gift card code is single-use only, unless otherwise stated by the issuing brand.

     • Gift card expiration dates, if any, are determined by the issuing brand and are outside ModeSens's control.

     • ModeSens does not guarantee the availability of any specific gift card brand at any time.

   • 7.5 Redemption terms

     • Points are deducted at the time of redemption.

     • Once a gift card has been issued, the redemption is final and non-refundable.

     • Gift card fulfillment may take time and is not guaranteed to be instant.

   • 7.6 ModeSens reserves the right to

     • Modify or discontinue gift card redemption options at any time.

     • Cancel redemptions suspected of fraud, abuse, or error.

8. Reward availability

   All rewards are subject to availability. ModeSens may modify, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue any reward, reward type, campaign, redemption option, point value, or program benefit at any time.

   If a selected reward becomes unavailable after redemption, ModeSens may offer a replacement reward, restore the points used, or provide another resolution at its discretion.

   Reward images, descriptions, values, or examples shown on ModeSens are for reference only and may vary from the final reward issued.

9. Account review and fraud prevention

   ModeSens may review reward activity to prevent fraud, abuse, errors, misuse, or violations of these terms.

   ModeSens reserves the right to cancel, reverse, withhold, or adjust points, rewards, prize draw entries, ModeSens Credit, gift cards, or other benefits if we determine that the activity was fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, duplicated, issued in error, or otherwise inconsistent with the intent of the rewards program.

   This may include, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, manipulating referrals or purchases, misusing promotions, returning purchases after earning points, using automated tools, or attempting to exploit program rules.

10. Expiration and account status

    Points, rewards, ModeSens Credit, gift cards, or other benefits may be subject to expiration dates or activity requirements, as shown in the user's account or in the applicable reward terms.

    ModeSens may close, suspend, or limit access to rewards if a user's account is inactive, closed, suspended, or found to be in violation of ModeSens policies.

    Users are responsible for monitoring their account, points balance, reward status, expiration dates, and redemption details.

11. Taxes and fees

    Users are responsible for any taxes, fees, or costs associated with receiving or using rewards, unless otherwise stated by ModeSens.

    ModeSens may require additional information from a user before issuing certain rewards, including prize draw rewards, if required for tax, compliance, identity verification, or fulfillment purposes.

12. Changes to the rewards program

    ModeSens may update, modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program, these terms, or any reward-related rules at any time.

    Changes may apply to earning rules, redemption values, reward availability, eligibility, expiration, program structure, or any other part of the rewards program.

    The latest version of these terms will be posted on this page. Continued participation in the rewards program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
