Beginning with the sale of handmade designs crafted from thrifted bed sheets at local markets, Nyree's entrepreneurial journey blossomed through the power of social media. The brand's name, "My Mum Made It," stems from Nyree's encounters with curious strangers inquiring about her attire. Inspired by these interactions, she playfully named her brand so that when asked about her dresses, she could proudly respond, "My Mum Made It."
